2 Times a Charm or is it Three

Ordered a few pizzas one Sunday at Mama Mia's. Takes what 20-30 min. I waited over an hour for the pizzas. After 45 min of waiting i said can you give me SOME IDEA when they will be done. I was compensated with $15 certificate to be used at a later date.

Today i call at 3:15 on my way home, again 20 min not figuring a Sunday but a Tuesday it'll be there. When i get there, she said the cook was downstairs and will take 10 min. OK. She only charges me for one pizza.

We're waiting.......4 pizzas are going in NONE of which are my two plain cheese. The woman says to the cook have you NOT put this woman's pizza in yet, he said i dont even have an order for 2 cheese. I feel my blood boiling now. She hands him the slip and says NOW.

She came out and apologized with a look on her face like he's a bonehead. I said he's the one that screwed up the last time. She said yes the manger said omg i think this is the same woman that this happened to before. She said taht's why she took off one pizza. After rippign the cook a new one and apologizing we got our pizzas at 4:00.

Needless to say the cook is TOTALLY incompetant and we all know how i feel about incompatant people, but they do take care of you when they screw up.

Sux b/c we realllllllllllllllly like their pizza.
