Math

Meg really really struggles in math. Just getting her to do her math homework is a struggle nevermind asking her to do more to practice.

Shs is struggling (with something i did) borrowing subtraction. We finally pulled her homework this was after the 1 hour tantrum to even DO IT IN THE FIRST PLACE!

i wrote the teacher a note on her homework, but i see her self esteem starting to slip again. I am the dumb one i am the only one that cant do this math mom, please dont make me go to school.

LOVELY we had a good 3 weeks. SIGH

I am going to talk to my chiropracter tomorrow to see how/if chiropractic care can help with memory issues or learning disabilities. I have been doing reasearch on it and saw alot of Chiro's help with ADD ADHD and autism.

If insurance covers it's worth a shot.

i just feel so helpless, will she ever ever get this. Will this child ever NOT struggle with simple math concepts.

I might chalk it up to the fact of the way she was taught first it was regrouping, then it was mental (CANT EVEN FIGURE OUT) then estimating and now it's back to the way we learned it. But this poor kids mind is flooded with a million ways.

I just feel so bad.
